Take a trip down memory lane to 1993 with the captivating arcade game, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, also known in Japan as Cadillacs Kyouryuu Shinseiki. This game was developed and published by Capcom as a side-scrolling beat 'em up genre. Cadillacs and Dinosaurs was based on the comic book series Xenozoic Tales, and the game was part of the promotional materials for the short-lived animated series with the same title released in the same year.

Gameplay
Whether you're a solo player or love to engage in multiplayer action, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs has got you covered. You can choose from four playable characters, each offering a unique set of abilities. The options include Jack (balanced type), Hannah (skill type), Mustapha (speed type), and Mess (power type). The game's dinosaurs make appearances as neutral characters that can attack both player characters and enemies.
The game features an array of attacks and special moves, and there's even a team-attack option when multiple players join in. Weapons in the game range from firearms and throwing weapons to melee weapons like clubs. Losing in the game can be a suspenseful experience, with a villain taunting the player before a potential game over if the game is not continued within a countdown of 20 seconds.

Set in the 26th century, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs tells the story of an ensemble gang known as the Black Marketeers who are hunting dinosaurs for an unknown purpose. The constant hunting has agitated the dinosaurs, making them violent towards villages and their inhabitants. This situation triggers four heroes - Jack Tenrec, Hannah Dundee, Mustapha Cairo, and Mess O'Bradovich - to stand against the Black Marketeers.
The narrative unfolds through different landscapes, from the swamp forest, desert of death, Jack's Garage, to the mysterious City in the Sea. The protagonists face numerous villains and uncover a network behind the continuous hunting. Their journey leads them to Dr. Simon Fessenden, a villain who is attempting to create new lifeforms.
